Refund policy

We offer refunds within five (5) days from the date the item is picked up or delivered. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. If an item is received damaged or defective, customers must report the issue within 48 hours of receipt, providing clear evidence (such as photos) of the damage. Refunds will not be issued for items that show signs of misuse, alteration, or damage caused after collection. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed using the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
